Terms & Conditions for Buyers

1. Orders

1.1 All orders placed via laka.co.id are subject to acceptance by Laka.
1.2 Order confirmation will be sent via email/Platform once payment or purchase agreement is received.
1.3 Laka reserves the right to reject or cancel orders due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or compliance reasons.

2. Pricing & Payment

2.1 All prices displayed are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and delivery costs (unless stated otherwise).
2.3 Payment must be made through the secure methods provided by Laka. Orders will only be processed after full payment (unless credit terms are separately agreed).

3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery terms (including shipping method, cost, and timeline) will be informed during checkout or agreed separately.
3.2 Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery according to the agreed shipping terms.
3.3 Laka will not be liable for delays caused by logistics partners, customs, or force majeure events.

4. Product Quality & Specification

4.1 Buyers must review product specifications carefully before purchase.
4.2 Laka makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of product descriptions but does not guarantee that information is error-free.
4.3 Any disputes on product quality must be reported in writing within [7 days] of delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Returns are only accepted if:

    • The wrong product was delivered,
    • The product is damaged upon arrival, or
    • The product does not meet agreed specifications.

5.2 Return requests must be submitted within [7 days] of receipt with supporting evidence (photos, documents).
5.3 Refunds (if approved) will be processed within [7 working days] via the original payment method.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

6.1 Provide accurate and complete shipping, billing, and contact details.
6.2 Ensure compliance with all applicable laws (import/export, customs, environmental, etc.).
6.3 Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on the Platform.

7. Liability

7.1 Laka is not responsible for indirect losses (e.g., loss of profit, business interruption).
7.2 Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in dispute.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

8.1 These Terms are governed by Indonesian law.
8.2 Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts (Jakarta).

9. Amendments

Laka may update these Terms from time to time. Buyers are encouraged to review them regularly.
